Custom Seat Process
Stainless steel seat pan with leather bottom piece and protective foam top, basic shape form.
Seat pan welded studs through leather under piece for springs and brackets.
Durable and comfortable seat neoprene is shaped to form fit the seat pan assembly.
Seat neoprene attached to seat pan assembly, ready for top formed leather layer.
Custom designs are embossed by hand in to the leather before final top forming.
We always use a very thick leather for extra durability. Here it is formed and clamped to take the final shape.
Leather top layer is trimmed and double stitched by hand, then it is dyed and waterproofed.
